The Kuleana offers 118 spacious one and two bedroom condominiums. All of our condos have great views of Maui and the surrounding areas. Ocean view and ocean front units are available. Appointed and decorated by each condo owner, each unit is attractively furnished featuring:

·   Fully equipped kitchen with culinary supplies including place settings, pots/pans and utensils.
·   Full size refrigerator, stove/oven and microwave.
·   Fully furnished living/dining area with cable TV, VCR, and telephone with free local calls.
·   Free use of Beach Towels (avail. at office).
·   WIFI Internet Connectivity available (please ask).
·   All units have ceiling fans. Some units equipped with AC.
·   On property laundry facilities.
·   All units equipped with private lanais.

Rates: Single/Double occupancy. For each additional person, add $20 per day (max= 4 for 1 bdrm. and 6 for 2 bdrm.) Children under 2 years, no charge. Minimum stay three nights. Anything less than three nights will include daily rate plus cleaning charge.

Reservations from 4/16 - 12/15 given 10% discount after 7 days. Reservations from 12/16 - 4/15 given a 10% discount after 14 days, 15% discount given at 28 days or longer (excluding Dec. 15 - Jan. 10). No discounts on 2 bedroom unit.

Christmas Policy
Full payment required 30 days prior to Christmas holidays. Cancellations received after December 1 for December 15 to January 2 reservations will forfeit the full payment.
