The Kuleana offers 118 spacious condominiums. All of our condos have great views of Maui and the surrounding areas. Amazing ocean view and oceanfront units are available. Kuleana Resort is situated right on the ocean and has beautiful lush, tropical foliage and pristine landscaping. Appointed and decorated by each condo owner, each unit is attractively furnished and well equipped.

OUR 1 BEDROOM UNITS ARE CAPABLE OF MORE OCCUPANCY, WITH A NOMINAL CHARGE OF $10 PER ADDITIONAL PERSON PER DAY (MAXIMUM 2 EXTRA PERSONS PER UNIT). PLEASE CALL US FOR DETAILS ON THESE UNITS.

Rates: Single/Double occupancy. For each additional person, add $10 per day (max= 2 extra persons for a maximum total of 4 people per unit). Children under 2 years, no charge. Minimum stay three nights.

Reservations from 4/16 - 12/15 given 10% discount after 7 days. Reservations from 12/16 - 4/15 given a 10% discount after 14 days.

CLEANING FEE: Because The Kuleana is a condominium resort and not a hotel, our maids are independent contractors and the cost of check-out will be added to your guest folio of either $80.00 or $95.00.
